Hi friend—I’m so glad you’re here.
If we were sitting across from each other with coffee in hand, I’d probably tell you right up front: I’m not here because I have it all together. I’m here because Jesus found me at rock bottom, rescued me from a mess of my own making, and gave me a new story—one marked by grace, healing, and radical transformation.
I was the girl who looked for love in all the wrong places. The brokenness of my childhood left me desperate for acceptance and belonging. I chased it through relationships, achievement, and the empty promises of the world. At 25, after another night of regret, I whispered a prayer for help. I didn’t know what I needed, but I knew my soul was starving.
And Jesus answered.
Through a friend’s invitation to church, I heard the Gospel and discovered that Jesus came for women just like me. Women who are weary. Wounded. Searching. I learned that He didn’t come to shame me—He came to save me.
Since then, Jesus has healed the deepest places in me—body, mind, soul, and spirit. He’s walked me out of addiction, sexual abuse, rejection, and the painful consequences of my own sin. And through it all, I’ve learned one thing that’s become the anthem of my life:
Jesus is better.
Better than the world’s fleeting highs.
Better than anything I could build for myself.
Better because He is life, freedom, peace, and joy.
Today, I have the absolute joy of teaching the Bible to women who, like me, need to know there is a
Savior who sees, heals, restores, and calls us into abundant life. I want you to know God—not just facts about Him—but the fullness of His presence, power, and love. My mission is to help women move from information to transformation as they behold the glory of God and live anchored in truth.
Whether I’m teaching on a stage, writing a study, or recording a podcast episode, I lead with vulnerability and a deep love for Jesus. I believe God’s Word speaks to real life—every hard moment, every joy, every question—and the Spirit empowers us to live free, bold, and faithful.
I love talking to women about how to:
And I want you to know: if God can do this in my life—He can do it in yours.
I now live in the beautiful Texas Hill Country with my husband, our sunshine-of-a-daughter, and our two college-age sons who are faithful, Jesus-loving men (and proud Aggies!). We love Texas BBQ, horseback rides, deep friendships, and exploring the world as a family.
My entire life is living proof of God’s goodness and redemption. Every answered prayer, every healed place, every door opened—it all points back to the One who makes broken things whole.
So whether you’re a woman brand new to faith, weary from religion, or hungry for more of God—there’s room for you here.
And I believe with all my heart: Jesus is better.
